Yeah. It's gotten completely blown out of proportion. The reaction is just ridiculous. The mods are even pissed so you could very easily get banned.

Not one person provided any reason why any of the words/phrases the petition was objecting to should remain available for use on tBB.

...of course that wasn't anyone's intention; however, there's a lot of reactionary people that worried about homophobia and racism not being part of the acceptable mainstream any longer.
