I have heard nothing but good things about Kyle Berger as a player but haven't had much luck finding his film does anyone have a link? Thanks

According to BN's hes not a top priority. Sure they offered early, but they prefer other targets before him. They won't sweat it if he leaves. Sound Familiar???

Yes RicoX19 it did sound familiar, sounded like the reaction on this board when Marshall committed, same exact things you guys were saying, we have higher on our board, he's ok but not one of the top choices, sounds very familiar! lol
I would say that Berger is a huge priority for OSU, they would not have offered him so early if he wasn't, this is a player that the staff really wants, they were on him early, yes they are on some national guys but even if they got them, which is highly doubful to get all of the ones they want, Berger would still be a player Meyer wants.
I would equate it to us getting Webb, that is a player Michigan really wanted, and losing Berger would feel much the same way for OSU, kid is a player

Yeah. Very familiar. But I meant a top priority kid for us. I couldn't care less what they think of him. FWIW they didn't consider Jake Ryan or Trey Burke priorities either and I'm pretty sure they regret it now.

It's a strange scenario for them this year. Technically they are going after a few LB'ers who are ranked higher (even though rankings at the top-200 level is splitting hairs) who they have a very good shot at landing. They will probably get a very good LB haul this year. So he may actually not be their "top target" at the position, but there's no way their staff would turn down a commitment from him.
Usually when they say others are higher priorities, it's laughable. Like when they try to bend the 'EzE' vs. Derrick Green story to make it seem like Urbs wanted Elliot more, rather than a bad clash of timing for them. But who cares at this point, Berger is a stud and I would take him any way we can get him. Imagine a LB haul of Berger and Ferns, both top-150 players, both from Ohio, both with offers from Coach Urbs.

HA, Kyle was my roommate at Michigan and was in my wedding. He's a great guy and a hell of an example for aspiring doctors.

We have to do a better job (as a board) of ignoring trolls. They come over & spew ignorance that gets 10 replies and then go home and brag to other losers how they got to us. Reminds me of the saying, "never argue w a stupid person, they'll bring you to their level and beat you w experience."
