Dallas (TX) Skyline HS 2014 lineman Ty Barrett has strong connections to Michigan. Brady Hoke and staff recently visited Barrett at his school.

Damn, he's a big boy. I've been reading about him for a while now, and I hope Michigan does offer. It sounds like he'd be a great addition, and he's clearly getting major-college attention.

After 2012 and 2013, I think we've definitely got room for a project in the 2014 class. (Case in point: Denzel Ward). I would love to see the coaches take a project and let Funk mold him into something special.

Kid's the half brother of Rueben Randle so if LSU offers, not looking that way now, they'd probably be a major player here. Skyline is always loaded with major talent.
