It's been a roller coaster, man. Starting with the fact that its comin a month early. Everything is going pretty good so far, though.

Yeah due is right. Harper is almost 2 nkw and I feel like I just has her. On top of that, she isnt even a baby anymore. Its just all happening so fast.
I just started a journal for harper a few months ago. I write once a week or if something big happens. I def let her know how much I love her and how proud I am to be her dad. If something haplens to me, she will know how I felt about her. And if something doesnt happen to me, it will be funny to read later in life.

If I could do one thing over, it would be to keep a photo journal. I wish i would have taken a picture of my kid on the first of every month, every year.

This is one thing my parents always said they regretted. There are a fair number of pictures of me, but I hated pictures from about age 8-12, so there's a huge gap in there from elementary to high school. They never had the heart to just sit me down and say "we're taking a picture, deal with it."
Also, home videos. Admittedly, they were restrained by the technology of the time, but there are only one or two home videos of little me, the main videos we have are just athletic videos and game tape from high school.
