Virginia consistently pumps out high-ranking players, and w/ Beamer nearing the end of his career & Virginia not worth talking about, I believe that state is ripe for the picking for a program like Michigan.
Especially with Maryland joining the B1G and probably being in the East division with us, we can promise games near the player's home.

Agreed. The coaches have a strategy, whether 'we' fans understand it. I am not saying Marshall or Webb are not losses. However, if Michigan coaches had them in their top-3, are we really losing anything here? If we land someone else in our top-3, unless there is a substancial drop off (doubt it), then this is all for mere conversation at this point.
