Indeed. Things are looking grim for him to qualify. It's a shame because we could really use him. On a more positive note, DeAnthony Arnett seems likely to get his hardship waiver.

Even if Burbridge doesn't qualify, I still wish him the best and hope that he gets his grades together and gets a shot at D1 football.

I'm not going to wish ill-will on a kid just because he didn't pick my favorite school, he's a heck of an athlete and I wish him well.

Do you know when he gets his grades back? If he's moving right after the class ends, could he theoretically be already moved in on campus and find out that he's not academically cleared to play?

I hope he makes it! Maxwell is going to need all of the help he can get with Martain and Dell leaving.

A lot of times it seems it's just a matter of kids putting in the effort. They don't realize that they need to work at grades early on and get messed up later in the process. Good for him to put in the work, just have to make sure to maintain that in college.
