Ya, like 65-70% us, most of the rest Bama, and a tiny bit on Towson. Definitely don't mind being put up with (and, frankly, overshadowing) the Tide like that.

just talking about how the majority of the income needed to sustain all the sports at a university comes from football. they also talked about why div 2 schools and mac/wac etc... schools agree to play bcs schools if you know you're going to lose. the towson coach said he agreed to play lsu because more people are going to watch that one game than all of towson's games put together; great publicity and advertising for the school plus they make a half million dollars playing them witch is a lot of money for these schools.

The business side of football supporting all of the other sports (well probably not basketball and hockey) is why I am against paying players a large sum. The moment that money starts going to the players you will see other sports fold so fast.
This is a really interesting look. I like seeing Hoke fired up in the locker rooms and such because everywhere else you see him it feels like you are talking to a wall because he doesn't want to give anything away.
Also so glad we have Dave Brandon.

Go ahead and give it to football players then and have that along with maybe hockey and basketball be the only sports we have at the varsity level. College football will become the mini NFL.

I completely agree....that was an awesome side of Hoke I really havent seen before....just being real "away" from the camera
