    I honestly cannot get worked up over a recruit who will not be signing his LOI for another two years. It's just too far away to even care about at this time. I'd feel the same way about it if Harris pledged his verbal commitment to Michigan tomorrow. It would be meaningless, imho.

    Jayru Campbell is going to an all-american wherever he goes. I think if Michigan picks up 2/3 of the following, they make a killing in 2015 recruiting- QB Jayru Campbell, DE Josh Alabi, RB Mike Weber.

    Of course, they could get a slam dunk and get all 3 as we saw with Michigan getting 3 CT players this year. I think Damon Webb is a must-flip guy. We CAN NOT let a rival take a star at OUR pipeline.

    If Hoke is going to flip Webb, he needs to do it sooner rather than later because Webb and Marshall are currently hitting up the other 2 top 4 players in Mich trying to get them to join them in Columbus. Now, maybe they all make a pact to play together and all commit to OSU and then flip to UM, but if they get Harris and Co to commit to Bucks it could be a hard flip.

    Not saying it can't or won't happen, just sayin the two commits are working for Urban as we speak.

    Wow. You mean two players from the same HS can't go to different colleges to play football? You're right ... someone better tell Coach Hoke right away. Thanks for the heads up.

    They aren't from the same HS, but I'm sure you know your states HS players better than us....

  • I'd be worried about your own players before you start worrying about ours. Thats what got Sparty in trouble....they recruited nationally roflmao and we took advantage last year.

  • the last player osu got from Michigan was hankins and had Hoke been coach it would never have happened. That was three years ok... osu will get players from Michigan now and then. Maybe more now cause urbatitis is making it a priority. Regardless we will always get top players from the state of ohio regardless how hard urbatitis works.

  • I don't think McDowell and Harris are going to be swayed easily by Webb and Marshall, especially with Marshall's commitment not seeming set in stone. According to the Bucknuts, they will have an All-Galactic DL since Urbz killed it in 2012-13 so therefore if McDowell wants to get early PT he should come get it at Michigan. We are also presumed to be atop his leader board with ND, so our chances there aren't bad. With Harris, out of all the schools on his list, we offer the best chance for early playing time also, since Gallon and Dileo graduate after this year.

    Good points my friend. I know we haven't seen the real offense that Borges is going to run yet but man look at the Michigan greats at WR that ran a pro offense. I feel like its a no brainer here. Sure we are gonna pound the rock but were also gonna get the WR the ball. Look when Braylon and Hart were here at the same time. Or hart with Avant and Breaston. These receivers got the ball and are now in the league. This recruits are taking into account what happened when Denard was here. It's only a matter of time these big time receivers see the light. Shane Morris and Speight aren't coming to Michigan to hand the ball off.

  • Im not sold on Marshall, gotta see how he performs in a camp setting against quality competition. I would really like to see some 1 on 1 drills with him and elite OL

  • I'm on mt phone so can not look it up but I do believe Hoke 's offenses have thrown the ball 35-45 times a game. So, yeah we will pound the rock but there will also be a good degree of pass attempts for our WR 's to make plays.
