Peppers is the Reuben Foster or Robert Nkemdiche of 2014, arguably even better.
As far as I can tell, Barker expressed a ton of interest in OSU early, advertising to the world how much he loved OSU and has visited twice already, so I'm feeling pretty good about him thus far. The staff is all over Kizer, not surprisingly, though I haven't heard anything from the Kizer end regarding OSU. Kizer grew up a Michigan fan and seems like they have an early lead here. The other QB targeted so far is William Crest out of MD.

The OSU staff is huge on Crest. He's the only QB we've actually offered in the 2014 class so far even with Kizer and Barker in our backyards.
Nationalunderclassmen.com ranks him as the #10 prospect in the 2014 class. Here is a link to the top 15 ranking video, which I suspect should be interesting to a number of people on this board:

Star, your favorite RBs Fournette and Michel are on the list. Peppers is ranked #2, behind yet another beastly DE, a position which seems to always claim the top ranking spot in recent years. This is a very South heavy list is the only bummer.

Sam Webb tweets... Michigan offered another 2014 DB today. Lakeland (FL) Kathleen's, Ja'Von Harrison
A WR/DB at 6'3" 175... I suppose if Sam lists him as a DB then thats where they're looking at him as opposed to a wideout.
Really exciting to see the increased flow of 2014 offers recently.
