    Garret is not going to MSU. OSU ... ? We shall see. I think the allure of other elite programs 'could' draw him outside the midwest. His options will be long and wide, and he has yet to see many elite schools yet ....

    Dude are you serious. He has repeated time and time again, MSU is his leader now even with OSU offer. Plus MSU has made a huge impression with core6 and hes a core 6 guy. I agree theres still a lot of time left but to say he MSU doesnt have a chance is kinda stupid when were his leader. I think he chooses b/n msu and osu

    I agree with the Sparty poster who apparently is very fond of Megatron's junk.

    MSU and OSU are jumping out to a big lead and the longer Michigan waits to offer, the less likely it gets we are in the mix. With Narduzzi at MSU, national people talking about how they have the best defense in the B1G, and the solid LBs they have put out the last few years, I can see them being a real player for Garrett.

    I agree. But I do think once the national powers offer he will slow things down.
    But right now he has them as the leader.

    Those are just words. MSU will be on the outside looking in for an elite out of state recruit, again.

    This "rivalry" has been cyclical over the past decade. You guys better hope and pray you win this year, because when Hoke's recruits get on the field in 2013 and onward, game over.

    Garrett was offered by OU yesterday. I think his recruitment will get very interesting once he gets offered by SC's, LSU's, and Bama's of the world. Wouldn't surprise me at all if he left the Midwest. Still think OSU is sitting pretty right now..

    It will be interesting because his mom wants him to stay in the midwest.

    Aaahh gotcha. Is he originally from BK? That dude is all the way nice. I think we've been pretty lucky with rb's and have gotten some guys with burst but that dude can run. He good.

    It may be a little late. We only need to fill one more position. We have a ton of national offers out. Kids ARE committing early, but its still just soooo early. We are expecting things to keep moving quickly but these sophmores in highschool haven't seen schools yet. They are in their formative stage for learning about schools. I just think it will be 6 months until we srtart getting a good feeling on who they like

    Any commit now is nice, but we shouldn't expect much until after signing day. February and March should always be busy months here on out.
