However, to suggest a player is "bluffing" or planting information on interviews to mislead a fanbase only to commit to their rival sounds a bit like the craziness coming out of Bucknuts on the Dymonte thing doesn't it? Let's all take a breather. It's been said a bunch, it's early and the pursuit is going to be hot and heavy. We've got all winter to argue over 14' kids. Anyway, good day gents, good luck out there!

    I am fine, no need to take a breather. No worries on where any of these kids go.

    With the recruiter Hoke is, it's hard to believe that McDowell will go to MSU growing up a Michigan fan. Many of our recruits have shown MSU interest only to commit to Michigan. That is why we believe he ends up here.

    Agreed. Honestly, Michigan and MSU should be concerned about other schools that are after him right now. He just recently said OSU was a fav growing up. Urbs will make a big push for him, and will probably offer the world.

    I just read thru your discussion on our McDowell thread. All good points. Commendable civility.

  • Garrett was offered by OU yesterday. I think his recruitment will get very interesting once he gets offered by SC's, LSU's, and Bama's of the world. Wouldn't surprise me at all if he left the Midwest. Still think OSU is sitting pretty right now..

    Garret is not going to MSU. OSU ... ? We shall see. I think the allure of other elite programs 'could' draw him outside the midwest. His options will be long and wide, and he has yet to see many elite schools yet ....

    Elite talent from Illinois seems to not have a hard time leaving the area... No real power in that state for CFB helps and so does the lack of pipelines into the schools

    I agree one hundred percent. Just stating how it is now. One the biggins have aLl offered things are going to change.
