No.
Compare the list of successful 6'4-6'6" WRs in the NFL versus the list of successful 6'4-6'6" SGs in the NBA.
The former is much more exclusive.
For instance, at 6'4" Miami superstar Dwyane Wade is considered an undersized SG. By contrast, Randy Moss at 6'4" and sub-4.4 speed is considered above average. In fact, Moss's combination of height + speed makes him an aberration.

That"s because they all play basketball. Randy Moss couldn't play basketball he's not tall enough or fast enough, sorry quick enough. How many catches do you think Randy Moss would have against Dwayne Wade? How many baskets do you think Dwade would score on Randy Moss? You made my point for me.

Dwade is 6'4, Randy Moss is 6'4. Do you think Randy Moss would be as big a star in the NBA as he is in the NFL? Do you think Dwade would be as big a star in the NFL? IMO Randy Moss would be at the end of the bench in the NBA and Dwade would probably be in the pro bowl. Does that make sense?

Basketball is much more athletic than football and most extremely gifted athletes especially in this country aspire towards it. Look at the recruiting in college basketball (prefer not to), a situation where your just waiting to get caught up in something illegal by the NCAA standard. Their all chasing the extremely measured, quick, and talented athletes. Plus there is the whole concussion thing.

Probably the same speed, it's just because they play on a small court, doesn't make them any faster. I can only think of a few NBA players that would have the speed to play in the NFL, Dwade being one of the few. Lebron is considered one of the fastest players in the NBA and he would have to be a TE because he doesn't have the speed to be a vertical threat.
