Flipping Drake Harris would soothe the "pain" of not getting Treadwell...
I'm also curious if Harris is rethinking his commitment to MSU partly because of Belein's whiffs on Tate and Bates-Diop...perhaps Harris is next in line to be offered a scholly? That could definitely get him rethinking his decision

He has a really good relationship with izzo. Im not sure a michigan ofder would just blow his doors off and decommit. I thought i heard someone say he possibly wanted to visit stanford and oregon.
The notion that he has even the slightest thought of michigan on his brain is really pompous.
I would be surprised if he decommitted and didnt at least have us in tbe discussion, but to think he would decommit to switch because we offered a bball scholarship is a little overboard.

He may not even play football. But im not saying he wouldnt consider us. Im kust saying its premature to believe he would decommit because he wanted a michigan offer. He has been too close to states coach for far too long to just throw that away to play for michigan

Don't know if this has been posted, but here's a link to Denzel Ward's senior highlights.
The first play is like The Blind Side - this huge kid who's never really played football before literally blocks the DE into a fence 10 yards off the field. Set the tone for the entire video.

That's probably because they whiffed on all their top LB prospects this year. They are still after Mike Mitchell, but it's unclear whether they will get him. Losing Ferns from the 2014 class, especially to UM, must be driving them crazy.

Someone on bucknuts commented that Ferns doesn't have good speed. I guess they missed the whole sprained MCL thing haha.

Heard the same thing about Kyle Bosch, Meyer didn't think he had enough speed or something so he didn't recruit him.

Excellent, excellent. I'm hoping 2014 will herald a remarkable DL class for us. We already lead for Marshall and Mone, McDowell is very high on us, Gelen Robinson likes us a lot too, and we haven't even reached NSD 2013.
