From reading the updates on Tremendous and M Block, it was clear that Wilbon really wanted the Michigan offer.
But to read that a coach/assistant didn't know who Wilbon is or what he looks like is very disappointing. Shades of Brian Cushing's unofficial visit to Ann Arbor. (I've always wondered if that was true.)
ETA: I'm sure Michmania will be upset.

What happened on Roid Rages' unofficial to AA?

The story goes that he came to Ann Arbor on an unofficial visit with his highlight tape in hand hoping for a Michigan offer. Supposedly, he grew up a Michigan fan and dreamed of wearing the Maize and Blue.
When he showed up, our coaches had no idea who he was and hence weren't prepared to host him and therefore didn't offer.
That didn't sit well with Cushing who felt disrespected because he was a known commodity.

That's not good news, any idea if this would affect Jamarco as well? Would hate to lose both.

I'm sure it will and if true completely unacceptable on the coaches part.

He said he wants the coaches to show him the love they've shown Jamarco. He's still interested and he said he's not sure if it was a coach or not who didn't recognize him. Given M has been relatively slow with their regional offers at most positions, I don't think hope is all lost. They have some ground to make up though.

Don't read into this (or the title) too much.
They would like to be a package deal but won't let that decide the school. I think we're in solid shape, hopefully Scott hates ND.

McDowell sure looks the part in the state title game.... Chased a RB down from behind with no angle... Quite impressive... Paul Ingram a SO LB for Loyola is quite good as well... Better hope Drake Harris never suits up for Sparty... He has quite a bit of talent.

Harris is a top 5 WR in the country.... no doubt. He was unbelievable yet again.

Cole and McDowell are leaning towards ND IMO. Words and actions are speaking loudly right now. It is a long way to go, but ND and OSU will be tough to beat on recruits.
