I like Butt's versatility because if he bulks up (which he inevitably will), then he can also play DE should we ever need him at that position.
I just love that many of our players can play on both sides of the ball in some capacity.

Sam webb says Michigan is by far number 1 for Butt. Michigan wants him as a TE. I rather have him as a DE tho.

He is crazy athletic so he could play TE his freshman year and if he bulks up after he could be a lethal DE.

Would love it if we could get a great TE early, Butt & Funchess would give Shane two legit options every play.

I agree. I can see him and Lewis dropping soon. The Dukes interview on mgoblog sounded very promising for Michigan.
