    don't have any up votes left, but i'll get you one later. No doubt we need at least one more corner in this class, I hope we can get Reeves to make the switch. FWIW, T. Rich has been getting great reviews with his performances at the Under Armour practices.

    Yeah. I absolutely love Clark. I'm glad that he's his own man and decided to break away from Glenville tradition and attend Michigan.

    I recall there was a Ohio State fan that said he expected Clark to one day become a better DE than Brandon Graham was at Michigan. I know a lot of Michigan fans were skeptical of his statement (partly because of how amazing Graham was as a senior) but I think Clark is on his way to doing just what the Ohio State fan predicted.

    And I'm pleased to hear/read that Terry Richardson is playing well but I think our coaches want to upgrade our secondary ASAP which requires more quality DBs. Btw, I was watching Armani's film again last night and I can see why Coach Mattison is so determined to get him. I usually avoid comparisons but Reeves appears to be Tyrann Mathieu-esque and capable of contributing from the get-go as a true freshman in all 3 phases of the game. I think the coaches love Wright's potential but realize that Yuri has a steeper learning curve.

    Doesn't look like PSU will be battling you over too many. I have no idea who we'll be in things for, but I know we're interested in Kugler, Breneman and Gedeon, and hopefully Robert Foster.

    Good start for you guys to the 2013 class. I'd love for PSU to mimic it and get a good QB.

    I don't think we have even offered Kugler, we should though. Gedeon might be the one or two LBs we take in this class, I'd put my money on M. Breneman is a PSU lean. I doubt Robert Foster stays in state. Class should be in the 18-20 range(?). More focused on skill positions than the last two classes.

    Yeah, I figured you probably hadn't offered Kugler yet, but figured there was probably interest there. I also assume Gedeon is close to a verbal for you guys - I haven't heard much about PSU from his end since the scandal.

    Foster reportedly wasn't interested at all in PSU with the old coaching staff. I'm still hopeful we can spark his interest with O'Brien having pro experience coaching and Stan Hixon as his position coach. Hixon did a great job with the Buffalo Bills coaching up a corps of 7th-rounders and UDFA's.

    Focusing on skill positions certainly works well having Shane Morris in the fold early for you guys. I'm assuming you won't be taking quite as many DB's, since you have something like 5-6 of them in this class, right? Maybe more WR's, RB's, a TE or two?

  • We have two S and another S committed for the next class and one CB in this class so far. Looking for another CB in this class maybe two but most likely not. So it looks like it is Reeves or bust. Will probably bank the scholarship for next class if we cant get Reeves. Next class we will take 2 or 3 CB's depending how many we take in the class.

    Terry Richardson. We had Standifer but we mutually parted ways with him.

    Agreed. I've seen it done like that for prospects on other sites and it seems to work really well. You get a built in timeline with each new update and it's easier to find out the status of players.
