Where do you see the stuff about WVU and USCe? His quote to ESPN today says he's only gonna go to Clemson, FSU, Georgia, and Auburn

McQuay and Bailey would add MUCH to the '13 class. You would be securing two 4* (with one potentially a 5*) players. This adds clarity to the '14 class, which is why I would like to see the '13 class closed out. If Treadwell could decide in a August/September timeframe, we could be officially done months before NSD. This lets the coaches 'coach' in the season, and focus visits on the '14 kids.

I'd prefer to keep one or two open because things can happen between now and signing day.

There are plenty of guys like that in every recruiting class, they might not have the "star ratings" that people phen for but there are an abundance of "Michigan caliber" skill guys in every recruiting cycle.

It's better to lock up a 4/5 star then taking a chance with a 3 star if you want to win the national championship.

iirc it said he would release a top 5 or 8 within a week or so and then "probably" make a decision before the season

This makes sense only IF Bailey and McQuay are deciding soon. Bailey .... maybe in late July. McQuay ... November ....
I think we are safe ... unless the coaches have a surprise or two .... or someone like Fuller drops (which I doubt).

However, when a 4* receiver (aka Bailey) visits, and IF he decides to commit, I am inclined to take the commitment. Turning down 4* receivers to wait on another potential 4/5* receiver does not make sense to me. I will take the given, and avoid the hope. Last year we lost out on a number of elites near NSD. I would rather lock up now and be done with it.

agreed, really like treadwell but would be happy with any elite WR
