    Fox is a top DT

I'm aware, I've watched his tape. He's just much better on the OL than the DL - if we absolutely needed him (as in, BWC, Washington, Ash, and Pipkins all go down in a freak string of injuries) I could see him getting moved over, but for now, I'd much rather explore his absolutely elite offensive tackle prospects.

He is, but he has the potential to be the next big thing at OT.

Just providing support for the other poster. They will have the best players on the field at each position.

I doubt they'll need Fox at DT.

I believe the last two names in the first group are Derrick Green and Maurice Hurst.

Would say he doesn't even visit at this point.

I'd say you are right.. He has said LSU and UF are only two he's sure about visiting. Doesn't seem to have any interest in Midwest schools.

I know I say it a lot, but goddammit I love this class.

I think Hurst drops in the next few days, and I love the boys getting in on Green too.

  • Fox has such a high floor at OT and a High Ceiling, that I cant see him not playing on the OL... He is strong as an ox and seems to play with the best pad level... He is pretty long and should be a starter at one of the T spots for 2-3 years

Thanks for posting that. That was pretty cool. Bosch wants to play as a freshman. Interesting to see how that plays out.

He's almost guaranteed to make the two deep IMO.

LT: RS SR Taylor Lewan --- RS FR Erik Magnuson
LG: SO Kyle Kalis --- FR Kyle Bosch
C: RS SO Jack Miller --- FR Patrick Kugler
RG: RS SO Chris Bryant --- RS FR Blake Bars/RS JR Joey Burzynski
RT: RS SR Mike Schofield --- RS FR Ben Braden

Very young line, but very talented.

I agree a very talented line. So, you think Bosch is more ready than Dawson or Fox at this point? I still could see most of the 2013 OL class redshirting. Kugler wants to RS from what i read.

I think Fox fits better at RT, so I could see him being right behind Schofield. I would love for all of them to RS, but our interior depth is non-existant.

We have two RS SR, two RS FR, and two true freshmen at OT (Lewan, Schofield, Magnuson, Braden, LTT, and Fox)

We have a RS SO, two RS FR, and two true freshmen at OG (Bryant, Bars, Kalis, Bosch, and Dawson)

We have a RS SO and true FR at OC (Miller and Kugler)

Like it or not, a lot of the 2013 OL class will be in the two deep just because we don't have enough bodies.

But yes, I think Bosch is more college ready at this point than Dawson.

Yeah but being in the 2 deep doesn't mean they can't redshirt. If both 5th year OTs return and with Braden and Magnuson, then LTT and Fox should easily be able to redshirt. Kalis, Miller, Bryant and Bars would put us at 8 total OL, which might be enough to redshirt the rest of them if Bars or one of the others could slide to center if Miller goes down. We might need one of the 2013 fresh to play OG or C if we get to many injuries.

Very good. Wouldn't mind him if we take a 4th WR (with Treadwell being #3).

I would like to see all of the incoming O-Linemen redshirt. That means the current guys are doing there jobs.
