Since when is 5'11.5" too short?

That sounds like his 40 time.

    Besides he's a RB. We don't need a RB

OK. Was just about to post Edwards height. :-)

  • If USC fans need to spend time on our board, in order to justify their opinions on Isaac, then the insecurity of fear is vastly showing through their fascade. Ignore.

Phew! Now I cancel my appointment with Dr. Phil.

    Thank you for your diagnosis.

the obsession on your board is crazy, go complain about stuff we never said...

  • To USC posters-
Do you honestly think you are going to get a good reaction when you post on OUR board about how a recruit OUR staff has been recruiting heavily is leaning towards going to USC? And then, one of your "insiders" comes in and starts posting random rumors, while using the reason that Isaac is good friends with another recruit. You did this with Nelson Agoholor and the Florida fans last year, and it looks like you haven't learned.

    Jack Daniels

  • Great. I'm glad they were right. But what type of reaction do you think you're going to elicit from ANY fanbase by posting that type of stuff? If you tried to tell Bucknuts that one one of their recruits was going to commit elsewhere (and believe me, people have tried), their reaction would be 10 times worse. These type of things are best left on your home board, unless you enjoy watching multitudes of posters here freaking out.

Not a mention of UM, can some of yall stop pretending UM has a shot

I see, just a pipedream from overly optimistic fans. Happens every year.

  • Why wouldn't UM have a shot at Larue? I'd be fine with Treadwell and anyone else. If we get an elite slot like Larue, already have the red zone and possession receiver, and Treadwell. I will be ecstatic.

why would they? Sure they have a chance, just l like Lloyd Christmas has a chance. But a west coast WR who hasn't visited and doesn't even mention UM in an interview? I've followed recruiting long enough to know a long shot when I see it. Guys we have a legitimate chance with are guys like Poggi, Treadwell, Isaac, ones who have visited mutliple times and mention UM prominently in interviews.

Meh, generally I would agree with you, however two of the 3 guys you mentioned are Midwest kids, so it's much easier for them to visit multiple times. West coast kids (and kids from far away distances) usually don't have that luxury, Poggi is the exception in regards to making multiple visits, despite being a decent distance away. I don't think we have a great shot at LaRue, but I wouldn't say there is no chance at all.

Larue would be the next AC!

3 is max I believe. Or it should be. Really need some bodies on the DL again to build depth.

Absolutely, especially DT's, were gona get very thin there if we don't add some bodies

  • Two things about Agholor:

    - He grew up a USC fan.
    - IIRC, USC was the first to show interest in him and offer him.

#Michigan offers 2013 Massachusetts DT Maurice Hurst, Jr.

I think I've seen some discussion of Hurst over on Bucknuts. Also, this seems to be one more sign that Poggi is leaning toward Bama.

IF Michigan offered Hurst, I doubt it has anything to do with Poggi.

I don't think it has anything to do with poggi. I wouldn't be surprised if we take 3 interior lineman this year

I'm not complaining about the reaction. Actually, we told buckeye fan about Aundrey Walker last year and for the most part they felt they were in the lead too.

And if I said these things on the USC board and then one of yours brings it back here...does it really soften the blow?

Alright. You say you have a source, but you can't reveal it. Yet you come here and brag about it. You can be the recruiting message board king. You can have it. All by yourself. Enjoy.

BTW you have the wrong avatar, unless you're rooting for the 'Romans' tongue Roman Warrior??

My source is Scott Schrader, however, I cannot reveal HIS source(s). All I'm saying is that when he feels this strongly, he is usually right. His hit to miss ratio is at least 8:1 when it comes to these declarations.

We'll see. Would appreciate if the 'message board king' aka 'Roman Warrior' comes back and graces us with his(or her) presence, even if he(or she) turns out to be wrong about Isaac.

I agree, i have been waiting on more offers to DTs. I think it is a position of need and the coaches are evaluating them more carefully since they are so important to this class. The coaching staff knows what they are looking for with DL recruits since they have experience in that area and are going to offer players that they know will pan out.
