'14 Southfield DE Lawrence Marshall

was offered by Michigan State this morning according to Allen Trieu's twitter account. This kid is raw but an explosive athlete. He's interested in Michigan but MSU has been recruiting him the hardest. 2014 is shaping up to be a very solid year for defensive linemen in the state of Michigan.

Sparty is off to a great start for the 2014 class. Hopefully this kid gets an offer soon, if the coaches like what they see.

It also sounds like the staff is still going after Drake Harris.

Good. I would really like to see the staff start continuing to recruit kids who are committed to other schools. We could have had some top targets visit if we had stayed on them.

Agree especially some '13 WRs, feel like we stopped on all that are opening up there recruitment again

I'd hope so. Watched him live twice this year and he was easily the best player on the field. Really like his game a lot.
