Man, when this MSU running game can't get 1 yard on two consecutive plays, including a 4th and 1, they're screwed. Andrew Maxwell sure as hell isn't going to win this game for them.

Maxwell is not doing well at all, and the OL doesn't look great either. Bell and the defense look good for MSU though.

Yeah. I get the feeling though that if Boise had Kellen Moore they would be up by a couple Tds at this point

O-line is not helping him at all.

Maxwell is trying to do to much. If he just settles down and runs the offense I think MSU will be fine and pull this game out.

I say run the ball 100% of the time and then yeah...anytime Boise brings pressure there is no telling where the ball ends up. Young QBs have to learn somehow, but with Boise being able to weather the storm of the opening drive, looks like MSU might be in for a little more than any of them bargained for.

I've seen the free rusher get through on all pass plays, but only during the 4th and 1 run stop did they not get positive yards because the TE didn't block down. Anytime Maxwell stepped back to pass, someone was in his face. Boise lost a lot of size up front and MSU just doesn't look like they can do anything with the pressure on passing plays.

This team is going to go as Bell goes. God forbid he ever gets hurt, their offense will be non-existant.
