I wish Michigan would offer Booth soon, he seems like the explosive WR that Michigan is missing. I don't know what is taking so long for them to offer. It seems like Booth would be really interested if Michigan offered.

He'd definitely be extremely interested if Michigan offered him. He's been on the verge of an offer for awhile now. Maybe the Wolverines want to see a little more film on him before pulling the trigger, but that's just speculation on my part.

Josh Malone, Dionte Sykes and Corey Holmes. But you make a good point in general that Michigan is taking its time with 2014 receivers.
