Agree, he would round out the class nicely. I heard somewhere Dawson may project to OC, but a pure OC would be better.

Yeah, Kugler and Dawson both would be OG/OC types. The main thing you look for in a center is someone who can call the plays and read the defense, so I'm not sure which (if either) is better at that.

Either could play, if not Kugler than Dawson, one will be a guard and one a center. My favorite part about Dawson is his mean streak, what happened in EL last year with Denard wouldn't have happened with Dawson last year.

I think Kugler is a solid prospect but it makes me think since his father is a NFL Oline coach, how much upside does he have? At least he will be pretty polished when he gets on campus, if he comes here. I would rather have Pocic because him and Ty Isaac are by far my favorite two recruits this class (not including commits).

NFL calibre technique would probably make him an All Big Ten player regardless of his athleticism. In any case, I'm sure the coaching staff knows what they're doing.

Oh yeah I have no doubt this kid is a stud I'm just saying he probably doesn't have that much potential. I guess it's better to bring in someone like him because he is almost a sure thing as to a solid contributor. I think the two biggest projects at Oline right now are LTT and Fox but LTT has incredible strength while Fox has some of the best footwork around after his experience on the defensive side of the ball.

We'll see, I don't know who else he favors but I think this is a head to head battle with MSU.

Unless I missed a change from yesterday, remember that Dantonio isn't going to be in EL tomorrow, so it's not like MSU will have that edge on Michigan with Hoke being gone today.
