What if the Columbus (OH) native does pick up that scholarship offer from the Buckeyes?
“I haven’t really thought about it,” said Dukes. “All I can say right now is Michigan."
Great stuff Clint.
Man, the coaching staff is offering one wide receiver after another. At this rate we could be looking at a huge wide out haul this time next year.

love this offer, this kid is legit and his tape is sick....
Those of you familiar with OSU's 2013 CB commit Cam Burrows will love this....
On Friday night, Jaron Dukes of Columbus (Ohio) Marion-Franklin high school showed early signs of being one of the top wide receiver prospects in the Midwest with an outstanding performance against Trotwood-Madison and highly touted defensive back Cameron Burrows.
At 6-foot-5, 200-pounds, Dukes has the physical size Notre Dame coaches love from the wide receiver position. Besides his size, Dukes showed surprising speed during his six-catch, 173-yard two-touchdown performance.
On one of Duke’s two touchdowns, Burrows had the angle to make the stop, but Dukes showed a burst that sent him past the standout corner that already holds an early offer from the Irish.

We'll probably have 20-22 spots next year. If you've looked at our WR depth, the only guys on the roster who have played and proven themselves are slot guys: Gallon, Roundtree, and Dileo. Terrance Robinson is a senior who hasn't done anything, Jeremy Jackson's a junior who hasn't done anything, and Jerald Robinson is a sophomore who hasn't done anything.
If everything goes as planned, Jerald Robinson will have a big breakout year like he's supposed to. Amara Darboh and/or Jehu Chesson will have productive freshmen campaigns. Then look at the depth chart. We'd have 2 slot seniors, a junior and 1-2 sophomores who can contribute. WR is a position where you want at least 4-5 guys who can get the ball. Our depth is atrocious at WR. If we have the opportunity, I expect us to take at least three.
In 2013, I think our main needs are OL and WR and I expect us to really hit those positions hard.

Agreed on the number of spots. Here is my take
4 or 5 OL we all want 2 RBs Since we didn't land Grant 2 TE's. We have little depth there as well. Many have said we need 2QBs since we didn't take one this year. Then if you take 3 or 4 WRs.
That puts us at like 14 or so positions for offense which leaves us 6 to 8 for the D. We took 1 corner this year so i would expect 2 next year. We have 1 safety already. Thats leaves 3 to 5 positions for DL and LB. I highly doubt Hoke and Co. are going to want that few recruits for DL and LB.
