Cass Tech duo commits to Michigan

David Dawson says he's home.

Michigan has now landed four verbal commits on Saturday with four-star offensive lineman David Dawson and his coach Tom Wilcher both confirming with 247Sports that he and four-star teammate and cornerback Jourdan Lewis have joined the fold.

"I'm home, I'm home!" Dawson wrote to 247Sports in a text. "I love the coaches, facilities and I'm playing with the greatest in college football!"

Others to already commit to the Maize and Blue on Saturday were four-star offensive tackle Kyle Bosch and four-star fullback/defensive end Wyatt Shallman.

The Wolverines are up to seven pledges in the class of 2013, with four-star quarterback Shane Morris, four-star safety Dymonte Thomas and three-star tight end Khalid Hill already committed before the weekend.

Dawson and Lewis give Michigan four Cass Tech commits in two years, with four-star cornerback Terry Richardson and four-star linebacker Royce Jenkins-Stone each signing in the 2012 class.
